Wow.... very sad to see my favorite shop Kupers automotive repair being misrepresented. The truck mentioned was sold by me and I provided the copy of the work order showing the warranty. I provided the parts when I sold the truck and was told the buyer would install them. Kupers automotive repair has always been outstanding and honest . They even help with financing when needed I would highly recommend them.
Recently i have bought a truck from a private sale. When i bought this truck i was notified that this truck needed new knock sensors because they were not replaced when the engine that was rebuilt from someone associated or contracted with Kuper’s automotive when the rebuild was done. I called the shop a few weeks back and was told that it was not their responsibility to cover the knock sensors with the engine build. kuper's automotive is one of the best repair shop's in town. Everyone at the shop has amazing customer service and treats you like family. They are very prompt and fast about getting your car fixed. They are very well priced and help you in any way they can. I would never take my car anywhere else and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Kyle was so professional and worked with my schedule, keeping me up to date the whole way. Harry did a great job with my car and consulted me before doing anything on my vehicle. Prices are reasonable and staff is so friendly! Definitely making Kuper’s my mechanic.
