I live only 3 miles from Kountry Katfish and it is our go to restaurant. Food is always delicious and staff is awesome. Wide variety menu allows even picky eaters to find their favorites. My personal favorite is their "chicken fried chicken". Brought friends there yesterday and they are hooked!!!

Vernon's Kuntry Katfish has been my Giesinger Family's Go-to Restaurant for many, many years ! The Food is soooo goood, whether you want catfish or chicken fried steak, or a hamburger, or chicken and dumplings or anything else they serve you will be delighted ! The Atmosphere is family friendly with smiling, efficient waitresses and Buster Bowers there to greet you, chat, and make sure everything is like you want it. Unfortunately the night we came in for our weekly event was the same day as the immigrant boycott day. So with that being said the menu was very limited. If you can't come to work because of bs like that, you obviously don't need your job. Fire every last one of them. Hire someone that wants to work and will come to work.
I came all the way from Wilmington NC. The food and service were great. The pickled green tomatoes and hush puppies were unbelievable. Many of the staff had walked out for the immigration mess but the rest of the staff made this a great experience! I hope to come again soon.
