Ms.
This guy changes staff more than I change my socks AND he will make you a nervous wreck when he scolds them in front of you during your dental filling/crown and makes you feel like its all going wrong! The ONLY knowledgeable assistant that was ever there left after only a few months and I can see why.She was great and I could tell she cared and knew her stuff. I also noted that he treats his assistants that hand him his tools very very poorly and is curt, blunt and defensive toward the staff in general. He made me nervous the whole time during my procedure as he was CONSTANTLY correcting the assistant. It seemed this poor girl(s) could do no right. I was paying attention (what else can a person do while stuck for hours in his dental chair?) and this nice gal did exactly what he said - then he would change his mind impromptu and blame the girl handing him the tools. If one just listens, you can tell! Is it up to him or the assistant? - NOT a leader at all.Up front, the "managers" (who knows who is who at this office!) seemed to only be concerned with gossip and self back patting attitudes for not knowing how to proceed without calling someone else (?) on the telephone right in front of me! His office is very dirty and not aesthetic at ALL. I noticed dishes laying around the office and in his "lab" that looked dirty, Dingy atmosphere all around. He takes FOREVER on procedures that have taken less than half the time at my former dds in Riverside and bad talks his employees routinely in front of the guests! No social skills here and very distant and quiet in personality. I would not recommend to go there if you have any bit of sophistication or eloquence. You will wait over an hour and then they won't even acknowledge you. You can tell a good dentist by the staff and how long he can hold on to them and this one stinks! Except for the one or two girls who so quickly left, and I have seen why. It makes sense that he has only been in business since 2007 as it says on his site-it shows! Check with your local dental society about any new dds and also ASK the dental office itself how much personnel he has went through in the last few months - I have lost count! Ask how long he takes for a crown or bridge or even just an exam-ALL DAY! I don't trust a dentist who cannot hold on to his (good knowledgeable) staff for an elongated period of time. He seems to be able to hang on to the ones that don't know very much. God Bless this practice-It needs it!
