CRAZY PEOPLE!!! STAY AWAY!! Kuni Lexus of Portland has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The sales manager not only yelled at us… but when asked for her to please show us what dents she was referring to on our trade, she proceeded to SMACK each rock chip on our trade with her metal pen, very aggressively.
