Service Department superb The service department staff are true professionals. They take down your information accurately and remember to ask important questions. If something comes up while they are working on your car they are always good to call. Our cars have alway been ready within an hour of the estimate.
Liars....and Lazy! Bought a used avalanche through them and they promised to fix my broken radio and a knocking sound in the front right suspension. went back and the tech called me a liar. I went to les schwabs and it was a bad tie rod end. which is a safety issue that Kuni decided to sell with it anyways. Took them 4 months to get me a new radio that worked and when they sent it to me it was the wrong radio.Taji is a liar and a coward. He will never return my emails or calls. Barb R I took my car in for tires and service. I realized that I was not able to pick it up when I needed. They extended the loaner car as long as I needed. The car looked fabulous when I picked it up they had detailed it. Gary is a great customer service person and is quite courteous and calls when there may be some additional work needed that was unexpected. I will buy my next BMW from here.
Buyer Beware I have to agree with the others on this site that the service center is very disappointing. I've owned BMWs my entire life so I know what I'm getting into and what to expect. I just purchased my first car from Kuni this past July (always purchased from Rassmussen/Portland). Car was advertised as 100k warranty. However, when my car needed service they indicated it was a typo and it wasnt under warranty and they aren't responsible. Don't Get Fooled by their Smiling Faces I purchased a supposetly certified 550I from Kuni BMW with clean car fax. Since then, it has been nothing but nightmare. after purchase, I came to find out that the car had previous body work. So much for car fax report acuracy. So far, I have taken the car in at least four times for major electrical problem in which the battery gets drained and needs jump start, and each time I had to leave my car at the dealership for 2-3 weeks. The BEST BMW everything in Oregon Sales-Excellent Service-Excellent Collision Center-Excellent and the only BMW certified collision center in the state that keeps your BMW warranties valid (Don't let the out sourcing fool U)
Totally ripped off, charged 98$ for 47 dollar coolant return hose. No where on the internet is this part more than 50 dollars even on Kunis parts web site part is listed at 47 dollars. When asked why I was charged so much salesman said "we have to keep the lights on somehow". Blatant price gouging and proud of it!
Following all of this, the Sales Manager sent me an email offering to take my vehicle in on trade for $11,000 even though I paid $18,000 only 6 months ago. This leaves me wondering, how many people fall for this? BEWARE of the $170 DIAGNOSIS FEE, as you'll end up with a bill of much more (in our case, over $3000) and an offer on your vehicle far lower than its value.
