They changed my oil and gave me a detailed overlook of what else they suggested needed done with my vehicle, with exact prices. I could choose what I wanted or didn’t want to have done. They also detailed my car for free and did an excellent job!! Always super friendly service!
Credit Cards come with a 3% surcharge. If paying by check, they want a copy of my driver's license. Was told that they had to make sure the bank checks belong to the right person.
They keep me updated on the status of my car, especially while I'm waiting at the location. They give plenty of illustrations to show what's going on with my car and the summary sheets of the multi-point inspection are easy to understand. I appreciate the use of colors to emphasize priority and need for attention. For example, the green for two of my tires to indicate they're good to go, yellow for one tire to indicate it likely needs replaced in the coming months, and red which needs replaced immediately.
