Dropped car off at 6:40 am and got a message at 4 telling me that my car wasn’t ready!! 9 hours later!!! Not happy about that otherwise great service
The entire experience is so easy to do. The entire department is so easy to communicate with. Never had issues and its so easy to set up scheduled rentals. Dealt with Jina 2 times, and she has been absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend
