Oh where to begin...Sales staff are pushy. They chase you down in the parking lot and try to push you into new and more expensive vehicles even after being told exactly what you are looking for. Service center is nice but technicians will ruin your vehicle and they are HORRIBLE about communicating with you while they have your vehicle for repairs. I bought a used vehicle in Nov 2021. Dion Soubasis was amazing for my daughter getting her first 2025 new car on her own! The process was quick easy and simple. She went in wanting an older different model vehicle. And came out with something very different and she absolutely loved it! She is still all gitty about her new ride!
