What a bad experience for our family. They added on extra fees, and talked about how everything was inspected and passed. Immediately after buying, my sister took it in for an inspection and it failed. The dealership said it was our fault and would not honor their return policy. You are not a valued customer here. You are a piece of meat they are trying to take money from.
Kunes sales team is the worst sales people I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware!!!’
