Had an amazing experience from start to finish Saturday 9/10/26. My salesperson Adam was friendly and down to earth. He understood what I wanted out of my next vehicle and understood that I was not pressed to buy but just saw a couple vehicles I was interested in. Adam was super helpful and amazing! He took the time to help us find the right car for our family and budget and even helped keep our toddler entertained while waiting for paperwork! Would definitely recommend him! Thank you so much Adam our family is sooo happy with the new van!
Shameless. Every single picture of the vehicle on their site has a banner running across the top "VEHICLE QUALIFIES FOR $4000 TAX CREDIT". That is a flat out lie. When confronted why they'd misrepresent the price I was told "you can come negotiate in person". How can a car dealership, selling EVs, be so inept as to advertise false tax credit info?
The dealership engages in opaque pricing practices. With us, they advertised a used vehicle at one price but then added $1700 in fees to the price at closing. These fees were not related to tax, title, and registration.
