I Had an excellent experience today at Kunes Cadillac in Delavan WI. The sales person Kyle was courteous and attentive. Sales process was simple and I never felt pressured or hassled. An auto technician named Justin Hoffman answered any mechanical questions I had regarding the vehicle. Was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its team for your next purchase or service. I will be back!

Bought a 2018 Ford Escape from them in April of 2024, 7 days after purchase the vehicle stalled out in an intersection. I called them and their response was well you don’t have a warranty so we can’t help you. I spoke with Jason S. Will never buy another car here again! Scammers at their finest. I bought a brand new 2022 Cadillac. They told me if I bought it they would “throw” in all these extras. Turns out I paid $6,600 for them! Fast forward to today when I am trying to trade in my worthless Cadillac. I was told I am entitled to a pro rated refund on all of those “extras”.
