To date, I have purchased numerous items from Kundan, and have even taken several of my friends there. However, during my last few visits, I noticed that the demeanor of one of the staff members was neither sincere nor welcoming. One day, she was assisting another customer; as she was making her way to the other end of the store, my friend and I asked her, "Could you please assist us for a moment?" she could have simply replied, "Certainly—I will be right with you as soon as I finish with this customer."
