I would like to say this was my first time going to Kumba. I didn't know they prefer to braid your hair with blown out hair. When I went in I had my natural curls worn in a fro. Kumba blew my hair out while ripping my hair out. I didn't say anything because this was my last result. I had an event to go to. I couldn't see then how bad it was but after only having them $180/Senegalese twist for two weeks, I saw how bad she did my hair. I took them out because they kept sliding out. I just got my hair done almost a week ago in the Wilson location and my hair is already coming out I would not recommending anyone to go to this location . First of all one of the ladies paid more attention to her phone than the customer(me) in her chair and the second lady doesn’t know how to do hair because the back of my hair is jacked up I wanted Marley Twists and all I have in the back is big loose twists. They always do a fantastic job on my daughter hair they are very friendly I mos def recommend her to anyone who love braids
I went there once and can for certain can say they ate so inviting and respectful. I will continue to go to Kumbas in Wilson.
