Best leasing office I EVER worked with. I rented from them for two years ZERO complaints you do not find that often. I only left due to them not having a house in an area I liked. Never had any bugs or problems clean GREAT management team always respond in a timely manner, very welcoming. 10/10 highly recommend.
Kumas Homes has displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and responsibility during their construction project in my neighborhood. As a nearby resident, I have experienced numerous issues related to their activities over the past year. Their construction vehicles have caused damage to the sidewalk, and their workers have criminally trespassed on my property multiple times.
