I AM HOLDING BOTH KUMAS AND BUILDMAN PROJECTS RESPONSIBLE AS THEY SOLD THE HOME WITH A WARRANTY OF THE ROOF THAT HAD MATERIAL DEFECTS THAT FAILED WITHIN THE GIVEN 5 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY AND MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. I had a scheduled viewing today, Saturday, March 7th at 11:45am at 2645 Titan St Philadelphia, PA to view a rental unit. No one answered the phone, Zillow message chat or contacted me whatsoever. A no show situation. Trust and believe EVERY SINGLE one star review on here. This company is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED and a pure WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT, having to deal with them. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from doing any and all business with this company. You’ve been warned!
Although maintenance is generally responsive, my experience moving in was disappointing. The paint throughout the unit clearly does not match, but when I raised the concern, I was told it did despite the visible difference. The bathroom was filthy upon move in, bathroom door is also severely damaged at the bottom from prior water exposure, likely due to only one glass pane on the shower. Best leasing office I EVER worked with. I rented from them for two years ZERO complaints you do not find that often. I only left due to them not having a house in an area I liked. Never had any bugs or problems clean GREAT management team always respond in a timely manner, very welcoming. 10/10 highly recommend.
