I order from Kumar’s Apple Valley once or twice a week, so this was really disappointing. I tried calling ahead at 8:25 multiple times and no one answered. I went in at 8:39 and was told the kitchen closed at 8:30, so they wouldn’t serve me. When I asked about the phone, I was told the line was disconnected. That’s frustrating—if you’re going to stop taking orders at a certain time, at least make sure customers can reach you or clearly communicate it.
