We started going here 13 yrs ago, there is no way I would ever return after the treatment of the front office staff. I called multiple times to get my child's records forwarded and it's been over a month and it's still not faxed. WORST DOC OFFICE!!! Front office staff are rude and unreliable. How this office is still open I don't know.
When I started 17 years ago, Dr kumar was a great Dr and the staff were decent. Ever since he left, the office is disrespectful, rude and not helpful at all. The staff are unprofessional.
This place is the WORST the front desk staff are HORRIBLE very unprofessional when they answer the phones specially the male front desk guy he is terrible he talks to you like if you are a dog or something. They get pay to help people and should be passionate about their job but it seems like they HATE their job.
