I really like the Dr, but why I have i been on hold for 35 minutes? Are they just sitting there with the phone line flashing, hoping I just hang up? The question i have will take less than a minute to answer. I highly doubt there were 20 people on hold in front of my call...
My children absolutely love Dr. Johnson. They truly appreciate the attention and care she gives them. As a parent of teens, it can be difficult to connect with them at times, but Dr. Johnson has a way of making them feel heard and understood. I'm so grateful for the positive relationship she’s built with them.
We absolutely love Dr. Johnson! My child has never felt comfortable with any other provider and wouldn’t let anyone touch him — but with Dr. Johnson, it’s a completely different story. She’s gentle, patient, and has built such a trusting bond with him. We’re so grateful to have her as his doctor!
