Small business but don’t let the look of the place turn you off. Dr kulik does great work and he Is very gentle. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and i drive almost an hour to see him because he’s that good. When my family was going through a rough time he was willing to work with us on payment. I’ve been to a lot of bad dentists so i intend to go to him until the day he retires.
