Kulick Development built our DREAM house and EXCEEDED our expectations! My husband is a Real Estate (Commercial) Developer and VERY particular with attention to detail. Lance is a visionary with an AMAZING eye for design. Diana and Bob are the BEST Project Managers who were hands on every step of the way. Julie kept track of the budget and was a pleasure to work with! Bruce was always on sight and especially helpful for all our punch list items. We would 100% recommend Kulick Development from start to completion and beyond!

The team from Kulick development did a fantastic job on my home. The project manager was efficient and professional. Suggestions for improvements of design were given contantly. The contractors showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after completing daily work. I am ecstatic with the outcome of the project and with the Kulick team!
