Managers change frequently. All of them are rude. All the amenities listed, 1/2 are not available. Ridiculous rules and expectations. Guest rules are worse. It's like being in a concentration camp without the gas chamber. When people say it's great, that's because it's the management writing the review.
The place itself is an amazing opportunity to get back on your feet. Keep that in mind when it comes to whom your neighbors are/will be, people overcoming things. So it can be loud, tough to hear, tough to see, and maybe even traumatic to experience. If you keep your apartment in great condition, and understand this is temporary, you can make it out of here, and on to better things. #1 I have lived here for my whole childhood. #2 In the past 2-3 years the playground is NOT open. #3 why did the bill went up so high, $950 to $1,600, it used to be $840.
I lived here for 15 years. I grew up here. It's not bad at all.
