The thing about revolving sushi bars is that logic is reversed. If you want the best food and the best service, you want to come right in the middle of the lunch or dinner rush when everyone is firing on all cylinders.
Some food is too old and soggy maybe check the food more often.
I love this place. Ever since I came back to California and my friend took me here as a welcome home gift, I fell in love. I've been coming back ever since. Food's fantastic, prices are super-duper awesome and I've never had to wait too long! (The fact that there's a line to get in should tell you something about the food). =)
2nd time being here & I'm loving it. The atmosphere, great customer service & the awesome food for great prices! What's not to love? This is definitely the place to go to. The place to be. :-)
