This is a great atmosphere to learn martial arts. I came here for a FREE Women's Self Defense Class and greatly enjoyed the experience and was greatful for the fact that the Master of this school is very community oriented.

I am a current student and I LOVE training here! The schedule is very flexible and the rates extremely reasonable. I would recommend this school to any adult wanting to learn self defense (AND get a great workout) or any parent wanting their children to learn a new talent in a safe and fun environment.

I am a Student at this school. It is owned & operated by Master Larry White who is a 9th degree Black Belt in Korean Martial Arts. I feel very honored to be his student. He takes a personal interest in all his students and pushes us out of our comfort zone to make us the best we can be. The workouts are hard.
