The quality of the clean has dropped a bit over the years. It’s a popular full-service car wash so it does get busy. And that seems to be why cars get rushed through. Especially after snow when everyone wants to get that road salt off the paint. There’s not a lot of these places in the area so it’s still a convenient place to get a decent wash and interior clean. When you go through a drive thru car wash you would expect that when the person drying it sees that the entire back of your vehicle is NOT washed, they would tell you and send you through again! Total waste of my money and time! I will be needing to go elsewhere tomorrow!
I paid extra for the pet hair clean. shame on me for not putting my seats down before leaving. got home to find it still covered with dog hair. pretty upset
I loved my KuhnsVille Car Wash experience. Everyone there was very courteous and the young people worked very hard to make my car look like it just rolled out of the show room. I most definitely would recommend the KuhnsVille Car Wash to my friends and family.
Remember that people are turning in across traffic from the west to enter. They should not be asked to back out into traffic and get behind all the people who came later. The employee was rude. I will not return to this car wash. I went to another wash and it was cheaper with the same results
They always do a great job and make sure it’s done right!
