My MINI was charged an extra dollar for being an “oversized vehicle”, but our highlander never was. When we asked, the other cashier said “only that cashier does that”. The other cashier was the owner.
Arrived the day before a holiday at 10:30am, so naturally there are cars ahead of me. Since I only had an hour for a platinum in & out, I let the attendant know my concern. She was a real go-getter, making sure I was informed & pitching in to help crew in back as well. Great employees make the difference. My Jeep was spotless & I am very satisfied. Pls do not forget to tip these great bunch of people!
Pleasant work staff at both beginning and end of the wash.
I waited 55 minutes for an interior exterior wash. Then I waited another 40 minutes for the interior part of it. When they were done, I walked around and pointed at dirty areas for them to clean that they missed. Eventually I gave up and left. Used to be a great place. Not no more.
