Neil was prompt, thorough, professional and very knowledgable sharing tips, suggestions, and his experience to know what to look out for with a new home. He used an infrared device that could see through the walls to ensure proper insulation was installed, something that the naked eye only could not do whatsoever. Mr Kuhlmann performed a complete inspection of my home and offered many helpful suggestions on how to conserve energy. He was very responsive and accommodating on the inspection date/time. He has the latest equipment available to perform an inspection. The report was thorough and provided in a timely manner. Would highly recommend him to others.
I can't rate the actual inspection because we didn't have one (our offer was declined), but Kuhlmann Real Estate Inspections was very professional and let us know up front what to expect and was ready to go if the offer had been accepted. I have every reason to believe the inspection would have been very professionally done.

Neil was great to work with. He explained his findings thoroughly and pointed everything out as he gave his explanation. He was very accommodating; there was of a little miscommunication on my part but he said it was no problem. What I really liked was that he gave me suggestions on how to fix the problems. I would definitely suggest his services.
Neil was very friendly, accommodating and informative throughout the inspection process. I especially like the layout of his reports as he included photographs with his checklist to illustrate his findings. Neil was very good about explaining what he could see vs. what he could not, giving me confidence in his conclusions. He also spotted a number of small fixes we missed when roaming around the house on our own. He emailed us the report that night and I overall I feel his work is very thorough and professional.
