The entire staff seem to genuinely care about you, you're not just another patient. From Dr. Kugler calling to check up on you after the surgery to the lasik experience promotion to everyone just getting to know you. I went from only being able to see a few feet in front of me to being able see everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My husband has had cataracts on his right eye removed and thought he didn't want to go have the other one done. Then he realized how much better he could see and that colors were so much brighter....he was especially surprised that white was actually white not yellow. I was impressed that Dr. Kugler himself called at 8:30 that evening to see how Michael was doing.... He is having the cataracts removed from his left eye this Thursday and is looking forward to it.....
