I have not had LASIK surgery, but my daughter did at Kugler Vision. I took her to her surgery, and I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the doctors! My daughter was a bit nervous! However, the staff reassured her and helped her to relax with a massage chair and calming music. I viewed her surgery from the other side of a window.
