Antonella is Exceptional!!! as well as the rest of the staff... but don't take my word for it, go and make an appointment and see for yourself...
Poor follow through. Took 2 months to inform me of a bad biopsy.
Had a great experience with Vincent Accurso PA-C. His diagnosis was quick and accurate, treatment was efficient, patient care was on point. I would send my whole family to him if they needed treatment. 5/5 stars, excellent.
Horrible... tried to over medicate my 2 year old daughter for a rash. Admitted they don't much about pediatrics.
Awful first experience!! ... 1.5 hour wait in a room packed full of people to get in to see a dr only to have him check me in under 5 minutes flat. UNLESS YOU'RE DYING & he's the only cure... NO THANK YOU!!
Unprofessional staff. 3:15 appointment waited 45 minutes for a 2 minute visit by the nurse practioner. than a rude nurse comes in to the room and pulls paperwork out of my hand. The "officer manager, pointed fingers at the nursing manager, and was told she would have the nursing manager call me, never received a phone call. From the front desk to the paitient room just very unprofessional. I will not be going back nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Terrible terrible terrible. They have no concept of customer service and the needs of their patients. Had a 9:45 appointment and was still in the waiting room at 10:15. Will never go back and never recommend!!!
I had a skin blemish for almot 20 years and avoided going to the doctor due to a severe allergy to local anesthesia. I decided to go recently and at least get an evaluation. I arrived at the office in Lakewood two days ago and had a PA, Antenella, I think, take care of me. She diagnosed the problem and removed the blackhead in five minutes with no anesthesia. No pain, just gain. I am so surprised and happy that I would highly recommend this practice to any and all of my friends.Thank you Kuflick Dermatoloy.
