This is an office where you will be treated rudely when you check in at the front desk. Not only were they talking among themselves and laughing about the fact that I was 15 minutes late, they turned me away and said I couldn't be seen. It is snowing out right now and the conditions are blinding so that's the reason I was late. I will not be going back to this practice and I'm very disappointed. I was very disappointed how I was treated checking in for my appointment. Very rude and disrespectful women. No reason for this behavior. As if she was provoking me....unfortunately I decided to leave the office.....at this time I am not able to rate the doctors.
The older woman in the office should be feeding animals not dealing with people. I will never return and will let my primary know never to recommend them. My first visit I waited over an hour and they didn't have my procedure correct and had to return for another visit. Absolute the worst experience ever.
