IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Maintenance will create random requests and walk in on you naked. In lease it states 24 hour notice before maintenance enters a unit. THIS IS NOT TRUE. They will enter the unit when they feel like it regardless if you’re only in undergarments. When you call the office to complain and ask why this is happening, they will hang up on you. I live at Turtle Creek West and love my apartment. For the most part it’s up to date and Maintenance is always out within a day or two of me putting in a request. My only problem is with parking. Every tenant is given a pass regardless of if they have a car and many people sell them or give them to friends. I get off work late and I’ve had to park in visitor spaces most days.

Please don’t live here… I promise you it’s not worth the trouble this place causes. First, our apartment when moving into Turtle Creek West was disgusting, not cleaned, and full of black mold. The mold problem wasn’t fixed until about 4 months of living here no matter how much we called and begged because it made us sick. Second, they send violations for trash when a box is left outside for two hours because it was huge and was going to be taken to recycling.
