I moved into TCW in 2024 and it’s been a really solid place to live. I’ve had the chance to stay in two different units, and both have been great, clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I’ve been living at TCW since 2024, and I’ve honestly had such a great experience here. I’ve lived in two different apartments, and both have been clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. The community itself is really nice and feels safe, which was a huge priority for me. One of the best parts is how much is included, parking, valet trash, maintenance, and WiFi, which makes everything so convenient and takes a lot of stress off day-to-day living. two different apartments at this place and both had mold running through them. They didnt bother cleaning it, let alone telling you about it, before moving in. They "cleaned" it but still find mold all over and it's even in the vents. Water leaks are barely a priority. If they come to try and fix it, it will take weeks, and they'll leave you with a mess to deal with until its done. Can't be bothered to clean out the bin out front with a dead rotting squirrel in it for months on end. Plenty of parking but you cant have guests... read more
I live at Turtle Creek West. Apartment was filled with mold when we moved in and they took our cabinets and counter tops for three months to clean the mold. An upstairs pipe also busted and when we reported it to emergency maintenance they said they couldn't come till the next day while our apartment was actively flooding. Cut a hole in the ceiling and said they would fix it in 48 hours.....still has not been fixed. When we brought up these concerns, they had no reply.
IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Maintenance will create random requests and walk in on you naked. In lease it states 24 hour notice before maintenance enters a unit. THIS IS NOT TRUE. They will enter the unit when they feel like it regardless if you’re only in undergarments. When you call the office to complain and ask why this is happening, they will hang up on you. They DO NOT care about their tenants. They make up RANDOM rules and will state it’s in their policy, but when you pull up your lease they end the conversation... read more
