They were fired from our HOA. I think nearly everyone in the neighborhood held a party, rivaled the 4th of July. They are that bad. Unresponsive, bad responses when they did, the common grounds were a mess, none of the people they hired did their jobs well or managed services properly, and the excuses were plenty. Kuester is an extremely reputable company. Their property management group is top notch. I have personal experience with Kuester and it has always been positive experiences. They are also extremely good at real estate. Five Stars definitely.

Terrible! Non-responsive! Questionable charges! High and hidden fees! Don’t go near this Property Management company.
