Lack Professionalism – This company is the worse! They are in charge of managing our community (MCF Lake Wylie SC) right now and they have done a horrible job of looking out for the Home Owners best interests. They have aligned themselves with the current BOD and combined, they have fractured our community! Instead of doing the job they are paid to do they have stonewalled residents requests for basic budgetary information and more. Too many issues to list. Bottom line do not hire them for your community!
