When I first met him, he seemed competent , after we signed for his services ,not so much, it took him 2 years to close a minor car accident. I ended up doing half of the work, or it still wouldn't be closed .When you call ,it goes to his Voicemail ,which is always full. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I would hire a monkey before hiring him.
