I had a MX5400 DTC with 180 hrs. that had a clutch failure. Dealer rejected warranty claim and said i burned out the clutch due to "operator Error". I own many pieces of equipment and multiple tractors and have never burned a clutch out. Over $4,000 bucks to replace clutch, more than 12 weeks in the shop, and then one year later the clutch cable is a recall item! I did not burn this clutch !!! Unprofessional business...
My tractor sat at this dealership from April 29th- August 11th. The tractor had around 40 hours on it and we have insurance through Kubota. Since it was an insurance claim the insurance company told us to pick an authorized Kubota dealership within 100 miles so they could schedule a pick up. The obvious choice since we live in the Knoxville area was Kubota Knoxville. We were told they were backed up and it would probably take about a month for them to inspect it and see what caused the fire and parts they'll need. Okay, no b... read more
My tractor has been sitting here for 3 months waiting on repairs. Called many times and IF they answered was given the run around. Called this morning to find out they have filed bankruptcy. If you have anything for repairs get it out of there NOW! I had to call fountain city wreckers to pick it up
