My family and I have been going to Kubo Optometry for a few years now. My son has an astigmatism that's progressing quickly due to genetics, Dr. Huynh took the time to thoroughly explain my son's condition, offering different solutions to slow down the progression. This was extremely helpful! The whole process, from the eye exam to selecting frames was easy, not to mention the amazing selection of frames. The entire team at Kubo Optometry is also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Kubo Optometry.
I love going to Kubo to get my eyes checked because the staff are very comfortable to talk to. They educate the facts and I feel comfortable with what they recommend. Furthermore, I never feel rush with the doctors nor other staff. My kids love going to this location because of the great staff! They have a huge selection of frames!!!! If you are looking for a welcoming environment, look no further than Kubo Optometry.
First time here, and extremely inpatient and scoffed ever time I had her change the lens, just overall rude like trying to hurry me up and get me out of there and made the comment well I'm still at work
I was seen by Dr. Jessica Huynh on Monday, 3/24 and was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant the experience was. I do plan to return at some point. I came away with very positive feelings about the company and especially Dr. Huynh.
First time there & eye doctor was very thoroughly professional and caring explained to me not like other eye doctors I been to through the years. Staff very nice and patient. Beautiful selections of glasses depending on your insurance but they explain that too. Very educated in her field. Thank you so much.
