Fast and easy they have a nice selection and discounts 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 ten out of ten employees are really nice they take medical they have insured glasses and non insured glasses
I had a really good experience here! They were very quick and efficient and I didn’t have to sit in the lobby waiting for a long time. They also have really good technology for checking your eyes, and both the doctors and staff were very nice and polite. They were able to figure out what was going on with my vision and explained everything to me well. I also really liked their selection of glasses. Kubo Optometry was amazing! They were able to squeeze us in last minute for my son who was having eye pain. The doctor was so thorough and was able to find the source. I found my new eye doctor!
VA scheduled appt - Staff was very good - treated me well - in and out quickly - friendly and professional
Refused to adjust my new glasses. Front office person went to get my new glasses. He is also the Opt tech. I asked him to adjust the glasses before, and to do it when I get my glasses. I went in, asked to adjust my glasses I picked out that can be adjusted to clear my face. He went to the office manager, and asked her. She said, "why did you tell him we can adjust it.".
