Office was not responsive in urgent needs. Little sympathy for the dire situation and consistently put us off and neglected to touch base for follow ups.
I had Dr. Demspy for 35 years and when he retired I was given to Nicole one the P.A.s she was great. I was suppose to see another P.A. on Sept. 1, the office changed my appointment to the 6th without telling me in the mean time I ran out of meds while seeing my sister who was dying in Florida the staff in the front office told me that they do not prescribed the meds I have been on for 20 years and then lied saying they told my husband they changed the appointment. The doctor is greats but the office staff is horrible! Because of them I am switching doctors.
See any other doctor in this office. This one is inappropriate and unprofessional
He was great, he listened to everything I had to say and really took the time to get to the bottom of the issue.
