I’d give zeroes stars if it were an option. After waiting THREE weeks for an appointment, I got cancelled. Never mind I am in pain. They called me Friday afternoon to tell me my Monday appointment was cancelled. Every time lately I’ve had a KU appt this happens. Because my taking time off work isn’t hard enough, let’s call one time while I’m in the middle of a conference call to say ‘Sorry’.
