Don’t waste your time if you have major anxiety or depression. If you’re insurance ends and you are waiting till your new one activates they will deactivate you if you haven’t been there for a while and still need your meds. They won’t refill while waiting on your insurance. They make you just quit cold turkey even if your meds are out and you need more. Being a long timer being on meds that’s not a good thing. They don’t care. Also just a practice place for Drs in residency. I have called and called are argued.

I have been a patient here since 2021. The residents, doctors, nurses, and the office staff are all so helpful and responsive. The doctors have helped me get approval from my insurance for medications that I needed. AND the receptionist and the nurse helped to get me information on the discount program for said medication-- which I otherwise would not have been able to afford. I deeply appreciate the work from all the staff here and their continued care.

We have used this clinic for years with no issues, until my son's provider retired. After that, they didn't follow through on the care plan, jerked him around with info, claimed they would mail things they didn't, and then wouldn't give him any option to schedule an appointment, leaving him without a care provider. Shameful.

I came here 7 mo pregnant & stressed out/anxious about my current situation. In general, I was a happy person but was going through some stuff that I was having a tough time coping with. When I started the meds & side effects started, I brushed it off as pregnancy woes. My refill was denied because I missed an appointment, due to how unmotivated and confused I had become by then. This is a training location of some kind. If you have any long term real issues look elsewhere. The young male doctor in a black spider man track suit makes a ton of assumptions without even speaking to me himself and cannot even take the time to learn my name as a patient. I open up about my 38 years of life and he can’t even glance at my file to learn my name.
