This review will be fairly thorough as I want to give an accurate description of my experience. I had high hopes for this salon based on the high ratings and pictures on here. I got a layered haircut exactly how I asked for it and I’m really happy with the result. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure the layers framed my face nicely without taking off too much length. The whole experience was quick, friendly, and professional. I’d definitely come back again.

I recently got a perm here and had a disappointing experience. There was a language barrier since none of the employees spoke English, so it was hard to explain exactly what I wanted. The result was different from what I asked for, but I was okay with that. However, I was not told the price beforehand. When I called earlier, I was quoted $150 for 5–6 inches of hair, but after the service, I was charged over $200 without any warning. My main issue is that the perm didn’t even last more than a week.
