We LOVE John and Kriss w/ KTS Heating! These guys completely transformed our home, which is a duplex down condo, with new Carrier equipment, and a new sleek radiant floor system to replace an old broken one. They came out for a quote last year for just radiant but we weren't ready to pull the trigger, and this year came back out to re-quote an entire new HVAC including AC and the radiant system. Had an emergency as my heating system began overflowing with water all over my basement due to the city’s work on the sewer system outside of my house. I tried multiple HVAC companies and the only place that returned my call was John at KTS. He came out first thing in the morning at 7am, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave me some thoughts on maintenance going forward. I called KTS Heating because my apartment was so cold that I had to leave for almost a week. John showed up the next day and figured out that the evaporator coil had a blockage. He was able to fix the problem in less than two hours. He did a great job. I would call KTS again and highly recommend them!
