I cannot recommend KTS Heating and Cooling enough! They completely replaced the commercial HVAC system at our 1,800-square-foot dog training facility here in Chicago, and they did an incredible job. John did a great job helping me out. First, he gave me advice over the phone to really make sure it needed a visit from a pro (it did). And his prediction was spot on too- fried circuit board. When he got here, he shared options and explained everything very clearly. Everything got fixed and it's working well, plus I learned a lot about how to better maintain our setup. He's definitely on our list for future calls.
