John was very professional. Went with his consulting option and this saved me the time and money with my problem. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Great service and would recommend their for all my future needs for service
The KTS employees were very professional and helped us fix our snow melt system successfully. Communicated well, took pictures and the time to explain the issue, worked to get equipment under warranty taken care of and successfully completed the job. Never felt like they were trying to upsell or take advantage of us. Overall, very positive experience and would recommend!
John and the guys were very honest, helpful, professional and kind.
Excellent company. They blessed our home by repairing our HVAC. Coils froze during the winter storm and our new thermostat was not compatible with our unit. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing because at end of the job he left us with our unit back in business. We are so thankful. We highly recommend this company. Will make sure they are our number one choice when we need service again.
