Josh came out to the house to check on some of our ductwork, as there was no air coming out of particular vents. He was very respectful of my property and made sure he didn't track in or carry in any dirt or insulation, since he spent most of the time crawling under the house! He was courteous, professional and got job done in post haste. KTS was quick to respond, and Josh was right on time. I really couldn't ask for anything more!

John and Jeremy were amazing. We had a problem with our boiler and despite it being a freezing Sunday night they got in touch with us right away. We've worked with them in the past and they have been extremely punctual, honest, and educational. We've worked with several other Chicago-area HVAC companies recently and I wouldn't trust any of them like I trust KTS. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Great service. On time. Super friend. I did play phone tag a lot for scheduling but it was worth it. They were referred by a friend who also had a great experience with them and had a much bigger project. My was just annual servicing.
John has helped me out with my heated floor and some leaks on multiple occasions. Not only does he do great work, but he's very honest as well (unlike some other heating and AC professionals I have dealt with). I can't recommend him enough! If you want someone who is trustworthy, professions, and just a good guy, then John is your guy!
