I was in need of a full roof replacement and downspout replacement. I searched many companies and spoke with many representatives. We just recently had our roof replaced with KTM. From the first phone call this company was very knowledgeable and very personable with us. Took suggestion to reach out to KTM from my neighbor as he knew I had multiple quotes on a new roof. KTM came right over (*****), and went over everything(no pressure), and let us decide.Plus their pricing was spot on. their crew were excellent and very courteous. Could not be more pleased!

It was a pleasure working with KTM Roofing to have a leak fixed in ************. A roofing specialist came to diagnose the problem within days of our call and told us exactly how much it would cost to repair. KTM did an excellent job. They provided a detailed description of their products and installation processes when the bid was provided. They kept us informed about the start date. The crew worked quickly and efficiently completing the job. And they cleaned up thoroughly. That's what I want as a customer.
For full disclosure, i am getting a discount in return for this review. Nevertheless, my comments are 100% honest and accurate. KTM repaired a problem with a relatively new roof that was losing shingles. It was professional, gave a timely proposal, and i felt the price was reasonable and fair. Only time will tell about quality, but they did give a one-year warranty on workmanship. I can recommend KTM and i will use them the next time i have a roofing need.

Great company. From the initial quote process to the completion of the project I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Their rates are fair and the quality of work is top notch. I had gutters replaced on my 20+ year old home. The workers came on time and worked hard. They even put up a fallen shutter for free. Highly recommended

This was the second time we have used KTM Roofing and I would recommend them very highly and without reservation. We have a roof with spanish tiles and it had been hard to find reliable repair companies. KTM was very prompt, informative and clear in their estimate. They were in line with other estimates, The repair was prompt, courteous, and they did not damage any plants around the house. It doesn't get any better than that.
