Absolute garbage company. The product is mediocre at best, the customer service and warranty is astonishingly TERRIBLE. They refuse to warranty their product. They refuse to pay labor to replace parts on their pumps. They can't warranty the motor because "they don't manufacture it, and they don't know who does" they can't give me a direction to go to get the motor warrantied. This is NOT an isolated incident. We are an installer of these products. My complaint is that KTI doesn't stand behind their products EVERY warranty claim gets denied for one BS reason or another.

I worked here for 2.5 years as a mechanical engineer, and during this time, my manager, Matt, granted me the freedom to explore and contribute to some incredible projects. The owner, George, was exceptionally generous, and some of my fondest memories in the U.S. are from the company events. I’m truly happy to have had the chance to meet and work with all of you.

Bought a single acting pump,way too fast on the down.sent them a email and boom back to me,gave me the part info...these guys are legit !!!!

Couldn't recommend anyone working with this company. Owner is the type of person to do anything to make a quick buck and has 0 ethic or morals. Willing to screw over the average working man and doesn't see anything wrong with it. Think about that before doing business with them.
