Marquis, I will attempt to explain how awesome the level of customer service I received. I was having an issue with my dump trailer that my company uses daily. I purchase some components before I ever called the tech support, after I installed the new OEM components the dump trailer still had the same issues. When Marquis answered the phone he walked me through troubleshooting and was extremely clear with directions. After 5 mins he found the problem and fixed my issue. DO NOT. Do not do business with this company. The customer service lives up to its bad reviews. I have tried for two weeks to get a response of any kind, and after emails, texts, calls etc, they just are a dead horse. No response. They won't be in business much longer at this rate.
Great products but don’t bother calling for support. They don’t return phone calls. And multiple calls never got an answer
Marquis helped me over the phone and got me back in the road dumping again, awesome customer service and was very helpful!
Marquis should get a golden hydraulic pump statue for the way he troubleshot my dump trailer over the phone while I was stuck at the Landfill in Kentucky. I'm half an idiot when it comes to anything related to vehicles, pumps, electricity, etc. but he Had me bridge some kind of electrical gaps with a screwdriver and it lowered my trailer saving the day. My man.
