Don't buy. Customer Service is worthless. I bought a trailer that has a KTI hydraulic unit on it. Some supposed engineer Marquis Rodriguez was supposed to answer my questions. He basically ignored them. The unit when doing gravity down makes the canister overflow into the toolbox- NO ANSWER The manual says don't mix hydraulic fluids. If so then how are you supposed to add more fluid? NO ANSWER on how to remove the old fluid. Marquis, I will attempt to explain how awesome the level of customer service I received. I was having an issue with my dump trailer that my company uses daily. I purchase some components before I ever called the tech support, after I installed the new OEM components the dump trailer still had the same issues. DO NOT. Do not do business with this company. The customer service lives up to its bad reviews. I have tried for two weeks to get a response of any kind, and after emails, texts, calls etc, they just are a dead horse. No response. They won't be in business much longer at this rate.
