Great products but don’t bother calling for support. They don’t return phone calls. And multiple calls never got an answer
Marquis helped me over the phone and got me back in the road dumping again, awesome customer service and was very helpful!
Marquis should get a golden hydraulic pump statue for the way he troubleshot my dump trailer over the phone while I was stuck at the Landfill in Kentucky. I'm half an idiot when it comes to anything related to vehicles, pumps, electricity, etc. but he Had me bridge some kind of electrical gaps with a screwdriver and it lowered my trailer saving the day. My man.
Absolute garbage company. The product is mediocre at best, the customer service and warranty is astonishingly TERRIBLE. They refuse to warranty their product. They refuse to pay labor to replace parts on their pumps. They can't warranty the motor because "they don't manufacture it, and they don't know who does" they can't give me a direction to go to get the motor warrantied. This is NOT an isolated incident. I install hydraulic hay beds on customer owned vehicles 2-8 times a month. 9 times out of 10 I end up eating the cost... read more
We are an installer of these products. My complaint is that KTI doesn't stand behind their products EVERY warranty claim gets denied for one BS reason or another.
