We worked with Katie on the remodel and design of our Portland condo. She was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process: from understanding our vision, identifying great options to select from, working with contractors and vendors, and handling logistics while we were out of town. And we absolutely love the end result: a beautiful, fresh space that feels like our home. We highly recommend working with her!
I couldn’t recommend Katie enough. She took on a big projected and did it extremely well. I had her do my kitchen, bathrooms (x2), and office. Probably going to have her do more as well. She knows her stuff, and above all made me feel comfortable about the process, which was a bit nerve-racking for me.
Katie initially was hired to help us decorate our personal home until we pivoted and asked her to help us decorate our Airbnb instead-- she was super flexible and seamlessly went with the flow. We would have never been able to execute the design of our Airbnb without her. She took our "vision" (which to be fair was ALL over the place) and turned it into reality, all while staying within our budget. Katie Pennington was an absolute joy to work with on the remodel of our main bathroom. My husband had come up with a rough plan, but we really appreciated Katie working with us to work out many of the logistics and design details. The bathroom was a huge undertaking and a complete gut job. We were a little worried and overwhelmed, but Katie helped us to feel confident and excited.
