Mr. Kim is a great mechanic. He’s honest, reliable and efficient. We take all our cars to him.
Called when they opened to see if they could take my car for rear brakes only. Told to drop it off at 8. Pick it up at 3. Came back at 3 and they hadn’t even touched it. No explanation. No apology.
I got charged $45 to replace a lightbulb cost eight dollars. The guy may be worked on my lightbulb for five minutes. I don’t like this dishonest people
Absolute scam. I had a problem with my rear differential and they quoted me at $3200. When I called my car's dealership they said they could do the same job for $2500. I asked if Mr. Kim could price match and he said he could, I even got the quote formally put in their system and printed out. When I came to pick up the car, he charged me the original $3200 and refused to bring it down. Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
