Horrible service..they lie to you. Please do yourself a favor an avoid this place. You will be taken advantage of. They tell you we will help you. Then you turn around an need help they have excuses coming from everywhere but they are ready to help.
After being denied by every car lot in a 50 mile radius in every direction because im on a low fixed income and not great credit score due to losing my job due to medical issues ktauto stepped up and financed me the whole crew there were very nice treated me great im forever greatfull to them.
I have been dealing with KT auto for almost 8 years now and I always get great service from the owners! But the three sales people I always get amazing service from is Kia , Blake and Dan! They are doing a great job and I appreciate All of their help yesterday getting into my vehicle and helping with the trade in!
