Dr and his staff are so warm and very professional. A Very pleasant appointment.
I have called the office for questions on my uncles recent surgery. I have been on hold and passed around for over a hour now. No help or returned calls. No way to get out of the phone loop without hanging up. Option #4 is a joke - no answer on this option at all. Option #1 only sets up appointments and they can take a message but no one called back (message took at 12:34pm today - no answer as of 2:43pm) Update: Increased stars from "1" to "4".
