You would be better off going directly to your local funeral home! I have never dealt with a place that has so much lack of communication. I personally know of a patient who is in there 80s with a dislocated and both bones broke in there ankle and doctors orders to put no weight on ankle. Was given a walker and told they could use that to go to the restroom. This is all right after the patient was admitted and waiting to find out when their surgery was to be performed.
