Ive been going here since I was a very young child. When you change policies, you need to NOTIFY clients/patients. When I go to fill a prescription, and you claim you stopped filling out of state since January, yet filled for February..... now it's March and suddenly the same medication I've been taking for almost 16 years gets denied? So yall give me absolutely NO time to find a new doctor? Thank you so, soooo much for leaving me without a much needed prescription. Aside from this, the phones rarely get answered. I would give this facility a zero star they are terrible with communication and they don’t answer the phone they straight up told me they have been to busy to answer the phone even the reception people that’s very unprofessional!!! I will be changing drs offices
