Won't ever answer the phone or return calls or emails. How are you suppose to schedule a tour if you can't contact anyone. 0 stars
They asked for an application and fee of $35 to simply TOUR a home. Terrible business practice. I see why all the reviews are low.
My husband and I are so impressed with how attentive this property management company has been! We had a maintenance issue, which was resolved within 24 hours promptly, we are very impressed, thank yall!
If I could give them a 0 star I would. This is the worse company to deal with. They do not answer phone calls or communicate with homeowners. No one is ever at the office and it says by appointment only but you cannot get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. We live on a pond in our neighborhood and it has so much algae buildup that I feel like I live on a swamp. Maintenance request have been placed but nothing is being done.
No response..at all.
