If I could give them a 0 star I would. This is the worse company to deal with. They do not answer phone calls or communicate with homeowners. No one is ever at the office and it says by appointment only but you cannot get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. We live on a pond in our neighborhood and it has so much algae buildup that I feel like I live on a swamp. Maintenance request have been placed but nothing is being done.
No response..at all.
Terrible representation of a company within this great city. It is like pulling teeth to reach out to them. Have submitted several requests for HOA budget and expenditures with no response yet.
Absolutely a horrible management company. They do not know how to communicate and do not follow through with important maintenance requests.
We have lived in a property with HOA management by K&S., for almost 2 years. I have never experienced such negligence on a Property Management service of their clients. The person who is charge of our HOA, repeatedly ignores all calls or any correspondence from all homeowners. She has failed our community time and time again.
