Update 6/23/25: I’ve been going to KS Murphy Auto Repair for over two years, but I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. My trust in them has eroded due to poor service, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. 1. Brake service: In 2024, they replaced my rear brakes — and immediately afterward, my car began to squeak every time I braked. Steer clear of this auto shop!! I had been going to this shop going on three years. I moved here from out of state and needed a great auto shop to do routine maintenance on my Jeep Wrangler. Never had an issue until recently (September 2024) where I paid $600 JUST for front brakes, rotors and calipers.
