Overall, services were a plus. As a customer, I received A1 service from beginning to end. Mechanics were professional and presented excellent customer service. My car was fixed in a timely fashion and haven't had any problems with it since. Dave and Eric provide an excellent service overall.
Horrible experience they helped parking authority rack up tickets on my car they were suppose to help fix. They are not affordable like they advertise and they are not for their people they rip offs never will I deal with them again.
Update 6/23/25: I’ve been going to KS Murphy Auto Repair for over two years, but I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. My trust in them has eroded due to poor service, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. 1. Brake service: In 2024, they replaced my rear brakes — and immediately afterward, my car began to squeak every time I braked. I returned to them at least three times, and their best explanation was that my car is rusty (it's a 2008, so it always has been rusty). Other mechanics have told me that the br... read more
