Well managemen t is suposse to enfore quiettime between hours of 11 and six. And for months now i have to get up at 5 am because upstairs neighbor gets up at five. What good are bylaws.
Kaitlyn Baxter is just full of BS excuses and doesn’t want to cover anything that cost their company money when it’s clearly their contractors fault. Avoid this company at all cost if you’re a community looking for an HOA.
I want to thank management for the kind support of honoring my waiver request due to missing the timing for setting up monthly payments with the management transition. It is nice to have less punishment in response to basic human error with all the the things in the world thrown at me in just one day of my life.
