My nails were rushed. I showed the lady my inspiration pic and even kept the screen on so she would have a guide of some sort. My nails did not look like the picture and I was very disappointed. I even stated that I was not happy with how they looked but no one offered to even fix them so that I would like them. to top it off, they humiliated and embarrassed me. I will not go back.

I should have checked out the reviews before joining my friend for a full set here… but we made an appointment and still had to sit nearly an hour before we got service. I should have known that would set the tone of the experience… fast forward to the miscommunication between staff on our colors, designs, and paraffin wax treatment we requested but had to continually remind the workers of.
