Nina did my nails and I will be back for her. My first time here so im not saying anything negative about the other employees. My only experience is with the host and Nina. I am disabled yet dont look it. I have panic and anxiety disorder that comes with it so I dont get out of the house without my service dog. Normally I wait for him to be done but this time I was freeling brave and went to this salon. This place used to be great, but now it’s impossible to get serviced. The wait is outrageous, today I was sat in a chair and waited for 40 minutes. By the time someone finally came to give me a pedicure, I was ready to go. I drove from north Okc to get my nails done here, but after today it’s def not worth the trip. I’m trying to give some grace here, but so many employees walked by and looked at me and did nothing to get me started, and when I asked about someone doing my pedicure they acted annoyed by me. I didn't know what to expect, my regular salon was too full so I came here, expecting it to be more pricey but instead, it was cheaper and the staff was very nice. They didn't even charge extra for glittery polish!!! I'll be back.
