This company is absolutely deplorable. I would give ZERO stars, if possible. The AC unit in my parent's home went out and I have been calling for 3 days. Everytime, they state " a technician will contact you shortly and no one contacts me". It is over 100 degree weather daily. This home is a brand new build and right fully, shouldn't even have a broken unit already. The company took contracts on all these new homes and DOES NOT come to to fix the units they installed, when they break. I would tell anyone to never use their s... read more
I called 2 weeks in advance to schedule a annual check up. Nobody came. I called and was told they never put me on the schedule. The girl in the office even put me on hold to ask the boss if they could schedule me for a Saturday and told me they could. Gave me a price and everything. Wish I had her name cause she just caused you to lose a customer.Bad business!

Technician Andrew Williams was very knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem right away and came back with the replacement part to fix the problem. He was very detailed in his work and also very professional. I would recommend K & S for any AC issues. Their staff Misty and Vanessa were also friendly and professional.
Dan was extremely helpful and shared his knowledge with me on how to efficiently operate the units after he had fixed the original issue he was called for, he even took time to review and fix or make provisions for all other installation issues
great customer service. Very attentive to my concerns. Answered all my questions. Appreciated a lot that they covered their shoes while in the house. Salvador and Ken are excellent employees.
